Dane Chilton is a Chicago-based writer and cultural observer with a sharp eye for food and the subtle rituals that make a city feel alive. Originally from Charlotte and shaped by years spent in Spain, Jacob’s editorial voice blends Southern polish, European sensibility, and a distinctly Chicago point of view. Dane holds a Bachelor of Laws from IE University in Madrid, Spain, a Master of Laws (Hons.) from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and is enrolled in the Doctor of Law Program at Northwestern Law as well.
